2. Ordering

Orders can be placed via our website hosted on Hostinger or directly at our local pop-up/collection point. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (for example, due to ingredient shortages, unexpected closures, or safety reasons).

3. Payment

We accept secure payments online through Stripe and in person via SumUp POS. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment must be completed before collection or delivery is confirmed.

4. Collection & Delivery

Orders are for local collection from our Anglesey location unless otherwise arranged.

Collection times will be confirmed when ordering. Please collect promptly within the agreed time window to ensure product freshness.

Delays: If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate short delays where we can, but cannot guarantee availability outside the collection window.

Failure to Collect: Orders not collected by the end of the collection period will be considered forfeited. As all products are freshly baked and perishable, no refunds or replacements will be issued for uncollected orders.

Food Quality & Safety: Once collected, responsibility for the safe handling and storage of your items passes to you. We cannot accept liability for any deterioration after collection.

We really appreciate your understanding — everything is baked to order, so we want you to enjoy it at its freshest!

All our products have an ingredient list which highlight allergens in Bold.

All our baked goods are prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles the following allergens:

- Crustaceans (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp)
- Eggs
- Fish
- Peanuts
- Soybeans
- Milk
- Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamias)

We take care to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Full ingredient and allergen information is available on request.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds once items have been collected or delivered.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your collection time for a full refund.

If you receive a product that is incorrect or not up to standard, please contact us immediately through our website. Refunds will only be considered if the product is returned. We will assess each issue fairly and offer a suitable solution (refund or replacement where appropriate).

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage once goods have left our premises or been collected.

All products are made and stored in accordance with UK food safety standards.
